I studied computer engineering at the University of Washington,
graduating in 2025. I focused on a few topics, which you can read
more about in my
notes.
I've written a lot of code, both for fun and as part of my
professional life. Unfortunately, much of my best work is forever
lost in private repositories at various companies 😔. Nonetheless,
you can check out my
GitHub
if you're curious about my work. I've really abused GitHub over the
years, committing everything from experimental data to node_modules,
so my line count (below) is grossly inflated.

I love open source. Admittedly, I've taken a lot more than I've
given by relying on OSS in closed source projects for large
companies. However, every once in a while I contribute (mostly when
tools break, or if I read an interesting paper). In the past, this
has included
Ray, a distributed
computing framework, and
mysql2, a MySQL client
for Node.js. I also started
a program at UWs
to help students get involved in open source.
I'm currently working at
Sutter Hill Ventures
as a Codepoint Fellow, where I'll spend 6 months working in SHV labs
with early-stage startups, and then another 6 months at
Reve,
a small startup training its own diffusion models from the ground
up.
